The first step to resolving any issues with your project is to ensure it has the latest version of your website. We can do this by instructing Linguana to crawl all of your website's pages. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the blue Sync content button for any language on your project page. It doesn't matter which language you choose (if you have multiple), syncing your website for one language will automatically update all other languages too.
Then, wait a few minutes for website crawling to complete. You can monitor the progress in the Notifications menu.
Next, you need to make sure all website text is translated. The easiest way to do this is to click the green AI translate button next to the sync button.
If you don't want to use the AI translation feature, you can navigate into each language and each page individually. However, be completely certain to translate all text. Anything left untranslated will display in the original language.
Finally, make sure to publish all URLs of your website. You can do this by clicking the white Publish button at the top of your main project page.
That button will automatically publish your entire website. Or, you can navigate through each language and page to publish individually. Just remember to not leave any page unpublished. The old version of your website will be visible for any unpublished languages.
